ATLANTA (AP) _ Third Day lead singer Mac Powell says he knew “Glory Revealed” was more than just another Christian CD when his young daughter started singing a Bible verse from memory.
Powell and more than a dozen other top Christian artists have now released “Glory Revealed II,” featuring 12 more songs with lyrics almost entirely drawn from Scripture.
He says music is such a powerful memorization tool that most people can easily remember songs they heard years ago. Powell asks, “How much cooler is it to be able to do that to the Scripture?”
